Chattanooga Ball NICU Tours

Thank you for your interest in touring the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at Children’s Hospital at Erlanger. Please select your tour date and time and follow the instructions to reserve your spot. Belles, if you are bringing a guest, please select the total number of tickets and complete the information for all attendees. Note: Please arrive to the Children’s Emergency Room Lobby 10 minutes before your scheduled tour and an Erlanger Foundation staff member will escort you to the NICU. If you’re not feeling well, please stay home out of an abundance of caution for our NICU patients.

Any form of photography is prohibited on the Erlanger campus.

Parking is available in the Children’s Hospital at Erlanger parking garage.

  • Make a left onto Blackford Street off of 3rd St.

  • Follow signs to Children’s Hospital parking garage entrance.

  • The entrance to the garage will be on the right after passing the Children’s ER entrance.

  • Follow signs to Children’s Hospital entrance on the first floor of the parking garage and follow the hallway to the Children’s ER lobby
