At Erlanger, we are grateful for our supporters! Whether you choose to give to the Children’s Hospital, or a specific medical program at Erlanger that you are personally connected to, we thank you! And as a way to honor your annual commitment of giving $1,000 or more, we want to invite you to be a member of our annual giving society, the Queen & Crescent Society.

Your level of support of $1,000 or more per year, qualifies you as a member in this unique society. Join here or via the link below today. We will follow up by sending you an exclusive Queen & Crescent lapel pin.

The Queen & Crescent Society hosts a variety of gatherings, both fun and informational, that will appeal to a range of interests. Members will receive direct invitations to our Foundation events, but will be encouraged to bring a friend to join them at these unique opportunities and learn about how they too can support the great work happening at Erlanger and Children’s Hospital.

Thank you for your meaningful support and believing in our mission.

Story of the Queen & Crescent Route

In 1891, Baron Emile d’Erlanger, owner and operator of a large railway with a base of operations here in Chattanooga, determined that his workers were lacking adequate care when sick or injured. As a result, Baron d’Erlanger made a personal investment and founded our hospital, known today as Erlanger, to support those working in his business. One of the more popular lines the Baron operated was the Queen and Crescent Route which traveled North and South with Chattanooga located in the middle. This important route connected the “Queen City” of Cincinnati and the “Crescent City” of New Orleans. The Queen & Crescent Society is a way to honor wonderful annual donors who contribute $1,000 or more each year while recognizing our unique history.
